Page Training Center press release

Page Training Center Launches High-Quality CDL Training Program to Serve Central New York’s Growing Transportation Needs.
Weedsport, NY

August 2025
Page Training Center, a division of the Keith Titus Corporation, is proud to announce the official launch of its Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training program, designed to meet the urgent demand for skilled drivers across Central New York.

Located in Weedsport, NY, Page Training Center offers two flexible Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training programs to meet the needs of aspiring drivers across Central New York. Students can choose between a 6-week full-time program or a 12-week part-time program, both delivering 240 hours of comprehensive training that combines classroom instruction with hands-on driving experience. With a 92.5% CDL pass rate—the highest in the region—and a 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio, Page Training Center ensures every student receives the personalized support needed to succeed.

“We’re not just training drivers—we’re building careers, our mission is to prepare safe, confident, and job-ready professionals who are ready to keep America moving.”

Mission statement:

Page Training Center is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality commercial driver training with a strong emphasis on personalized support. We are dedicated to advancing equity and expanding opportunity by preparing safe, skilled, and confident drivers to meet the growing demands of the transportation industry—locally, regionally, and nationally.

Filling a Critical Workforce Gap

Each year, over 2,100 drivers leave the transportation industry in Upstate New York, while only 1,700 new CDLs are issued. Page Training Center is stepping in to close that gap by offering public access CDL training—a rarity in a region where 80% of programs are closed to the public and tied to employment contracts.

Career Support That Goes the Extra Mile

Page Training Center partners with top employers such as Page Trucking, McLane, DOT Foods, G&C Foods, NFI, and local municipalities to provide job placement assistance, tuition reimbursement, and lifestyle-aligned job matching. Many students get connected with employers before they even graduate.

Now Enrolling Students from Across the Region

Serving a 50-mile radius that includes Syracuse, Auburn, Geneva, Cortland, and Oswego, Page Training Center is now accepting applications for upcoming classes. Financial assistance may be available through workforce development agencies and employer sponsorships.

We may be a national company, but we sure do love our local community. That’s why we maintain ourselves as responsible members of the community by aiding local charities and youth organizations all year round!
we put people first
Page Trucking has been a company fueled by our employees and owner operators since 1977. It is very important to us that they are happy when they come to work and their livelihoods are protected.
